The Housing Act 2004 is here to stay and will as from 1st June 2007 require (subject to exceptions) every person selling, to have before marketing their home to the public, a Home Information Pack (HIP)

This will bring major changes to the property market and the mechanics of selling and like it or not those involved with property will need to rise to the challenge it presents.
